All day I’ve basically felt like;
1. I’ve been hit by a truck
2. I just smashed a round of chemo
3. Death warmed up

After every time I have a big night out i say I should;
a) never drink that much again
b) focus on things beneficial to my health like exercise instead of things harmful to my health like drinking

Definitely gonna follow through on things this time.

This Surely is a dream: Okay, show of hands- -

fattypolitic:

How many people by now have no idea that eating more fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and drinking plenty of (unpolluted) water is better for you than processed food?

I know it. Everyone knows it.

What these arrogant shits who keep aiming to “teach low income people” is…

Just something to add,

“and drinking plenty of (unpolluted) water”

Assuming since you’re posting off Tumblr and taking about eating hamburgers that you’re not living in a third world country - your water isn’t polluted. You’re probably spending precious cashola that you could be using on your fruits, vege and lean meats on coca-cola, pepsi, red bull, lemonade, fruit juice and endless other high calorie drinks.

Asides from that one point, I agree with this. It’s a spot on oppinion.

However people with a low socio-economic position, while yes they are victims of a money driven society, they can also empower themselves. There is plenty that you can do on a limited budget. I’m not saying it wouldn’t be a challenge. I’m not saying that people working long hours at a shitty job and just scaping by can pull a magic hour out of their posisbly exhausting days to cook a healthy, delicious meal. I’m just saying that if you put a bit of effort and organisation into your life, you can turn your health around - and you don’t need a personal trainer, dietician and personal chef to do it.

Jfc, now I actually need to make an effort to look great. Hate how on one side, I’m super mega indifferent to going at all and seriously would love nothing more than to bail, but on the flip side I wanna go to prove I’m better.

All that proves though is that I’m a sucker. Therefore I should bail.

But if I bail, it means I let it get to me. Which would be even worse.

Prime example of the insane level of over analysis I give certain situations…
